Refund Policy

At BCT Learning, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online course purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day refund policy, no questions asked.

 

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team by email at hello@bctlearning.com  or by phone at +968 2421 7412/2230 4000 within 15 days of your purchase. Please provide your name, order number, and reason for the refund.

 

Once your refund request has been received and approved, it will take 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds will not be issued/settled in cash.

 

Please note that our refund policy applies only to online courses purchased through our website. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our refund policy or if the course has been accessed or partially completed.

 

The refund policy is effective from January 2023 and shall continue to remain valid until it is specifically replaced/ revoked by us. Any refund request, received from you on or after January 2023, will be processed in accordance with this Policy (including any subsequent amendments or modifications to this Policy).
